Full building permit issued at 3050 N. Greenview

A full building permit has been issued for a residential building at 3050 N. Greenview. Located on a midblock site, the property is just south of the three-way intersection of W. Barry Ave, N. Lincoln Ave, and N. Greenview Ave. Jason Krnski is leading the development.

Designed by Compass Architecture, the new four-story building will have three residential units and no commercial space. The structure will include a basement as well as a rooftop deck for residents. Rear decks and terraces will also be provided for the residential units.

The project will provide two parking spaces accessed from the alley with plans for three bike parking spaces. 

With the full building permit issued, general contractor JEK Development LLC can begin construction and work through completion. A timeline for the development is unknown.
