Final tier of upper residences delivered at The Row Fulton Market

Related Midwest has announced the delivery of the final tier of upper-floor residences at The Row Fulton Market, the 43-story, 300-unit luxury rental high-rise that recently opened at 164 N. Peoria St. in Chicago’s historic Fulton Market District. Located on floors 36 through 43, the large-scale apartments and penthouses – which are available now for move-ins – offer larger floor plans, elevated features and finishes, and panoramic views of the surrounding cityscape.

With only six residences per floor, the upper-tier apartments on floors 36 through 41 span 1,050 square feet for one-bedrooms, 1,321 to 1,633 square feet for two-bedrooms and 1,929 to 1,933 square feet for three-bedrooms. Levels 42 and 43 are home to three penthouse residences per floor, offered in three- and four-bedroom floor plans ranging from 2,358 to 3,418 square feet.

Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, The Row features a deeply expressed dark metal facade as a nod to Fulton Market’s industrial past, with curved gusset beams in the upper corners of the window wall system that mirror the supports beneath the nearby ‘L’ tracks. March and White Design has developed the interiors that incorporate mid-century architectural references, rich textures, warm color palettes and a collection of museum-quality artwork that was curated or commissioned for the building.

The Row’s 22,600 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities include the Social Club, a reservable entertainment suite with an adjacent terrace; the Gather Room and connecting Study, which offer a range of seating and workspace options; the Athletic Club, a fitness center with Wellness Studio; and the Playhouse, a colorful, interactive play area for children.
