Full building permit issued for 1647 W. Irving Park

A full building permit has been issued for a residential development at 1647 W. Irving Park. Located on a midblock site, the project is located between N. Paulina St and N. Marshfield Ave. Irving Flats LLC is the developer behind the proposal.

With Michael S. Cox serving as the architect, the new residential development will be a four-story building reaching 52 feet tall. With two units per floor, the building will have eight three-bedroom units. The building will be topped with a rooftop deck and residents will have access to eight parking spaces. 

With permits issued, the developer can begin construction on the new building. A timeline for completion is currently unknown.
