Permit issued for development at 3015 N. Southport

A full building permit has been issued for a residential development at 3015 N. Southport. Currently a surface parking lot, the property is midblock along N. Southport Ave between W. Wellington Ave and W. Nelson St. Advent Properties LLC is the developer leading the project.

Designed by Hanna Architects, the five-story building would stand approximately 55 feet tall clad in a combination of brick, cast stone, and fiber cement panels. The new seven residential units would consist of six three-bedroom configurations and a four-bedroom penthouse on the top floor. Each unit will have a private terrace and there will be seven parking spaces in the building for residents. 

With the full building permit issued, general contractor Archway Builders Inc can begin construction and work through completion.
