A full building permit has been issued for a mixed-use development at 754 N. Bishop. Planned by Volo Development, the project site is located at the southwest corner of W. Chicago Ave and N. Bishop St. A demolition permit was issued back in May to clear the existing two-story building.
Designed by Hanna Architects, the new development will be a four-story mixed-use building. The ground floor will include retail space as well as 18 parking spaces for residents. The upper three floors will have 18 residential units with outdoor decks on each floor in addition to a rooftop deck.
With the project proceeding as of right, plans or renderings have not been made public for the development. With the permit issued, general contractor Diamond Partnership LLC can begin construction and work through completion.
