Permit issued for mixed-use development at 451 W. North

A full building permit has been issued for a mixed-use development at 451 W. North. Planned by WL Management LLC, the project site is a midblock site on the south side of W. North Ave between N. Cleveland Ave and N. Hudson Ave. A permit has already been issued to demolish the existing one-story building occupying the site.

Designed by Mag Architect, the new four-story building is set to deliver 5 residential units with ground floor office space according to the permit filing. Residents will have access to terraces on the front of the building on the upper floors and a rooftop deck. 

With the full building permit issued, the developer, who is also serving as the general contractor, can begin construction once the existing building is demolished and work through completion.
