Caisson permit issued for Hampton Inn Pullman

A caisson permit has been issued for Hampton Inn Pullman located at 11040 S. Doty. Planned by Pullman Hotel Group, the hotel project will rise on a currently vacant site just north of the intersection of S. Doty Ave and E. 111th St in Pullman.

With Beehyyve serving as the architect, the hotel development will stand four stories tall with 100 hotel rooms. The 62,000-square-foot project will include a business center, exercise room, indoor pool, and on-site parking.

With the caisson permit issued, general contractor Powers & Sons Construction can begin work on the project. A full building permit has been filed and is awaiting issuance.
