City Council approves residential development at 1420 W. Division

The Chicago City Council has approved a residential development planned at 1420 W. Division. Planned by developer Ali Manesh, the project site is a vacant midblock site along W. Division St between N. Noble St and N. Cleaver St.

Designed by Guider Group LLC, the new construction will be a four-story building standing approximately 46 feet tall. The ground floor will include a 1,220 square foot activity area, two car parking spaces, and six bike parking spaces. The six residential units will be located on the upper three floors with two units per floor and they are all designed with two-bedroom layouts. 

With City Council approval secured, the site will be rezoned from B3-2 to B2-3. The developer can now move forward with permitting and construction.
