Full building permit issued for development at 4357 N. Richmond

A full building permit has been issued for a mixed-use development at 4357 N. Richmond. Planned by Candea Development, the project is one of four new buildings making a larger development by the company that occupies the former Twisted Hippo site at the intersection of N. Richmond St and W. Montrose Ave.

Designed by Compass Architecture LLC, the final building for the overall site will consist of a four-story structure with ground floor retail space and six condominium units on the upper three floors. The building will be clad in tan brick and feature larger front balconies for the condominiums. A rear garage will accommodate six car parking spaces for the residents.

With the full building permit issued, general contractor Vivi Construction LLC can begin building the fourth and final new building for the site and work through completion.
