Designed by Pappageorge Haymes Partners, the site will become home to a 23-story mixed-use tower with 340 hotel rooms and a restaurant on the ground floor. Dubbed the Marriott Tribute Hotel, the hotel portion will be run by Aimbridge Hospitality, a Texas-based hotel operator.

With the demolition permit previously issued, the site is now cleared in preparation of the new construction. With the issuance of the foundation and superstructure permit up to the fourth floor, general contractor ENC Construction & Development can begin construction of the new tower. Once work is commenced, the project is expected to have an 18-month construction duration.
