Interior renderings have emerged for Bally’s Chicago casino, spotted within Bally’s Corporation’s pitch for their casino in New York City. Located at 705 W. Chicago, the Chicago casino site is situated along the Chicago River bounded by W. Chicago Ave to the north and N. Halsted St to the west.
Designed by HKS Architects, the future $1.7 billion Bally’s Chicago Casino will include a 500-room hotel tower, 3,000-seat theater, six restaurants, cafes and a food hall, and a 2-acre public park.
The seven-story casino building will offer space for approximately 3,300 slots, 173 table games and VIP gaming areas. The lower riverbank will be connected to the property with an approximately 2,000-foot-long extension of the riverwalk extending south from W. Chicago Avenue. Multiple floors of parking will be included on top of the building.
The interior renderings included in the company’s bid for its New York casino give a first glimpse of what the Chicago casino will look like on the interior. They show the expansive gaming floor with slot machines and table games as well as a separate baccarat room, poker room, and high limit slot machines area.
Construction is pushing full steam ahead on the development as general contractor partnership Chicago Community Builders Collective (“CCBC”) works towards the opening of the casino and hotel in late 2026.
