Pre-leasing begins at The Maven

Chicago-based developer Moyer Properties has announced the start of pre-leasing at The Maven, an 84-unit luxury apartment community at 537 W. Drummond Place in the heart of Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. Cross Street, the exclusive leasing and marketing firm for the property, is now conducting guided hard-hat tours, offering prospective residents the opportunity to secure their home in advance of June 15 move-ins.

Designed by ParkFowler Plus, the seven-story mid-rise delivers a distinguished residential experience through sophisticated architecture, premium materials and thoughtful interior design. The Maven offers a collection of studio (from $2,395 per month), one-bedroom (from $3,050 per month), one-bedroom-plus-den (from $4,395 per month) and two-bedroom (from $4,895 per month) residences ranging from 415 to 1,047 square feet. Floor plans prioritize natural light, functional layouts and private outdoor space in select homes.

Residences feature quartz countertops, custom designer cabinetry with integrated undercabinet lighting, luxury vinyl plank flooring, 9-foot ceilings, frameless glass-enclosed showers and statement pendant lighting. Kitchens are equipped with LG stainless steel appliances, including five-burner gas ranges and counter-depth French-door refrigerators. Apartments also include in-unit laundry, smart thermostats and secure keyless entry systems.

Amenity spaces include a 24-hour fitness center; coworking lounge with private conference rooms; rooftop terrace with grilling stations and fire pits; pet spa; private package room; and bicycle storage. A total of 52 parking spaces will be split between the heated interior garage and reserved surface parking.
