Doubling the square footage of the former site to 34,000 square feet across three floors, the building houses J.P. Morgan Private Bank’s new North Shore office and state-of-the-art Client Center, featuring artwork from local artists and thoughtfully designed meeting spaces. A new Chase retail branch and 32 mostly underground parking spaces are provided

Designed by Gensler, the building acts as a gateway to the village’s central business district. Its exterior architectural palette of limestone, brick, and glass reflects the pedestrian scale at the ground level while creating rhythm and depth on the upper levels. The design draws from traditional Art Deco precedents and thoughtfully considers the context and character of the surrounding neighborhood to integrate seamlessly into the community’s fabric.
