Full building permit issued at 2942 N. Elston

A full building permit has been issued for a residential development at 2942 N. Elston. Currently occupied by a one-story residential building, the site is midblock between W. George St and W. Wellington Ave. Developer 2942 N Elston Building LLC has already received a permit for the existing structure’s demolition.

With Michael S Cox serving as the architect, the new residential building will be a masonry structure that stands three stories tall. With three residential units inside, the project will also include a rooftop deck and a garage at the back for three cars.

With the full building permit issued, general contractor Key Builders Inc can begin constructing the project and work through completion.
