Full building permit issued at 6114 S. Drexel

A full building permit has been issued for a residential development at 6114 S. Drexel. Currently a vacant lot, the property is located south of the intersection of E. 61st St and S. Drexel Ave. Graham Properties 4 LLC is the developer behind the project.

Designed by Hanna Architects, the new development will stand five stories with 24 residential units inside as well as a first-floor office space. The building will have nine parking spaces in an interior garage as well as three exterior parking spaces on a concrete pad. Residents will have access to a shared rooftop deck as well as private rear balconies on the upper four floors.

With the full building permit issued, general contractor 5 Seasons Development Company can begin construction of the new project.
