Full building permit issued for development at 1547 N. Wieland

A full building permit has been issued for a residential development at 1547 N. Wieland. Planned by Weston Development Group, the project site is a vacant property just south of the intersection of W. North Ave and N. Wieland St.

Designed by 360 Design Studio, the new construction would be a four-story structure with six residential units inside. Residents would have access to a roof deck, front porches on the second and third floors and rear porches. An attached garage will provide six parking spaces.

With the full building permit issued, general contractor Westward Development Company can begin building the new development and work through completion.
