Full building permit issued for development at 2236 W. Cermak

A full building permit has been issued for a residential development at 2236 W. Cermak. Planned by PL 2236 W CERMAK RD LLC, the project site is currently a vacant property along W. Cermak Rd between S. Oakley Ave and S. Bell Ave.

Designed by Hanna Architects, the three-story building will include six residential units. The ground floor and basement will include two three-bedroom duplex down units. The second and third floors will include two units per floor. Residents will have access to three exterior parking spaces at the back of the site.

With the full building permit issued, general contractor Halo Masonry & Construction Inc can begin the new construction and work through completion.
