Full building permit issued for mixed-use development at 4309 N. Lincoln

A full building permit has been issued for a mixed-use development at 4309 N. Lincoln. Planned by Mangan Builders, the project site is a midblock property between W. Cullom Ave and W. Pensacola Ave. An existing one-story strip mall will be demolished to make way for the new project.

Designed by Jonathan Splitt Architects, the new development will stand four stories tall. The ground floor will feature retail space, six car parking spaces, and 28 bike parking spaces. The upper three floors will have 12 residential units.

With the full building permit issued, Mangan Builders, who is also serving as the general contractor, can begin construction on the new building and work through completion.
