Full building permit issued for residential at 4746 S. Michigan

A full building permit has been issued for a residential development at 4746 S. Michigan. Planned by 4746 Michigan LLC, the vacant property is located just north of the intersection of S. Michigan Ave and E. 48th St.

Designed by Hanna Architects, the new construction will be a four-story structure with eight new residential units inside. The building will have a front terrace on the first floor and balconies on the upper three floors. The back of the site will provide four parking spaces on an exterior concrete pad.

With the full building permit issued, general contractor 4 Star Builders Inc can begin construction and work through completion.
