Full building permit issued for two-flat at 2127 N. Racine

A full building permit has been issued for a residential development at 2127 N. Racine. Located in Lincoln Park, the midblock site is located on the east side of the street between W. Dickens Ave and W. Webster Ave. EZMB LLC is the developer behind the project.

Designed by Hanna Architects, the new construction will be a three-story residential building with two residential units. The project will include a basement, a rear terrace with stairs at the first and second story, and a rear stair to the third floor. A rooftop deck with pergola will be included for residents. A garage at the back will accommodate two cars and have its own rooftop deck. 

With the full building permit, EZMB LLC, who is also serving as the general contractor, can begin the new construction. A demolition permit has already been issued for the existing two-story structure and garage.
