Guzman y Gomez signs lease at North + Damen

Mavrek Development has announced that Guzman y Gomez has signed a lease for approximately 2,491 square feet of retail space at 1624 N. Damen in Chicago's Bucktown neighborhood.

The lease, brokered by CANVAS Real Estate on behalf of Mavrek, marks a significant addition to the North + Damen development, a mixed-use property featuring ground-floor retail and 6 luxury residential units above. Guzman y Gomez will occupy the prime ground-floor space, enhancing the vibrant culinary and retail landscape of the neighborhood.
