Chicago developer CityPads recently marked the official opening of Inside Info Fremont, a mixed-use development at 1529 N. Fremont with a grand opening celebration. Fronting N. Fremont St south of W. North Ave, the project’s site is bound by the Toyota of Lincoln Park to the north and west and an alley to the south.
“What we’ve built at Inside Info Fremont is a convenient, walkable, city-living option for professionals, specifically young professionals, in a prime Chicago neighborhood,” said Andy Ahitow, principal and co-founder at CityPads.
Designed by NORR, the new mixed-use building stands five floors high, featuring 132 residential units and approximately 8,000 square feet of retail space. The project’s unit mix will include 112 studios, 12 one-beds, and 8 two-beds.
The building will have 29 car parking spaces and 132 bike parking spaces on the ground floor. Residents will also have access to onsite E-bike and scooter stations, as well as Zipcar car-sharing.
Resident amenities in the building will include private community lounges, rooftop and garden terraces, a coffee bar, and in-unit laundry.
Construction of the $40 million development, led by ENC Construction & Development, concluded in March. Move-ins are already underway.
