The 37 affordable rental units will all be one-bedroom layouts and be for households earning 30% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Two homes are reserved to serve as Permanent Supportive Housing (PSI) through which residents will be paired with nearby mental health services. Every unit is designed to be fully accessible, ensuring inclusive housing for residents with disabilities
