Chicago-based developer Mavrek recently announced their acquisition of 12-16 W. Maple, a 20,000-square-foot, four-story building located near the intersection of N. State St and W. Maple St in the heart of Chicago’s Gold Coast. 

Mavrek plans to renovate the building and reposition it as a modern, flexible space designed to attract premier retail and office tenants. The property offers 75 feet of frontage along Maple Street, providing exceptional visibility in a high-traffic, pedestrian-oriented location.  The building is currently occupied in part by CorePower Yoga on the fourth floor.
