Mavrek Development is partnering with ACRES Commercial Realty Corp to redevelop the existing historic building at 65 E. Wacker Place. Located near the Chicago Riverwalk, the building stands along E. Wacker Pl between N. Wabash Ave and N. Michigan Ave.
The development team’s vision for the project includes a comprehensive renovation and modernization effort that will preserve the building’s heritage while introducing contemporary elements to meet the demands of today’s residential tenants. The redevelopment will feature a mix of floorplans ranging from studios to 2 bedrooms with an emphasis on in-unit workspaces.
