Mixed-use development at 691 N. Milwaukee gets permits

A full building permit has been issued for a mixed-use development at 691 N. Milwaukee. Located on a midblock site, the vacant property is located between N. Morgan St and W. Huron St. Mo2 Properties is the developer behind the project.

Designed by SPACE Architects + Planners, the new five-story building will have 34 residential units with retail space on the ground floor fronting N. Milwaukee Ave. Parking for 32 cars will be located inside the ground floor, with two additional exterior spaces. 34 bike parking spaces will also be provided.

With permits issued, general contractor Macon Construction Group can begin construction. A timeline for completion is currently unknown.
