Permits have been filed for the four-story apartment building portion of Enclave Galewood. Located at 1619 N. Neva, the project is situated at the southeast corner of N. Neva Ave. and W. Wabansia Ave. Developed by Harlem Irving Companies, Inc. and Novak Construction, the project was originally approved in 2019.
Designed by OKW Architects, the development features three townhome clusters with 25 three-story townhomes with two-car garages and 125 high-quality luxury apartments comprised of studios, one and two bedrooms in a four-story building. Units feature exceptional amenities and detail, which include large windows allowing natural light and hung balconies. Residents will have access to a fitness room, mail and package room, and a large lobby/amenity area.
With permits filed, the development is moving forward. Novak Construction will likely act as the general contractor.
