Renderings emerge for residential development at 5114 S. Kenwood

Renderings have been released for a condominium development located at 5114 S. Kenwood. Located on a midblock site, the property is situated along S. Kenwood Ave between E. Hyde Park Blvd and E. 52nd St. ZSD Corp is the developer behind the project.

Designed by Studio Dwell Architects, the four-story building will be entirely residential, made up of 10 new condominiums. With three-bedroom and four-bedroom configurations, the condos will include single-floor homes and duplex units. 

The layouts will feature private elevator foyers, large living areas, spacious bedrooms, and private outdoor spaces for every home. Parking will be included with the residences.

The development team, with ZSD Corp also serving as general contractor, has already received building permits for the development and construction is underway. The homes are set to deliver in Spring 2025.
