Renovation permit issued for residential conversion at 3036 N. Lincoln

A renovation permit has been issued for a residential conversion at 3036 N. Lincoln. Planned by Envoi Partners, the existing building is situated along N. Lincoln Ave between W. Wellington Ave and W. Barry Ave.

Designed by Hirsch MPG, the project will renovate the upper three floors of the existing four-story building with 16 new apartments. The ground floor will feature approximately 2,400 square feet of retail space with the residential entry also located on N. Lincoln Ave. 

The basement and back of the ground floor will include seven car parking spaces and 16 bike parking spaces. Residents will have access to a rooftop amenity deck and dog run on top of the building.

With the renovation permit issued, general contractor Anthony's Construction Services can begin construction and work through completion.
