The Chicago City Council has approved a planned residential development at 2631 W. 15th. Planned by Hellas Management LLC, the project site is a vacant property located at the intersection of W. 15th St and S. Talman Ave.
Designed by Axios Architects & Consultants, the proposed three-story building will stand 38 feet in height clad in a brick facade. With six residential units inside, all of them will be three-bedroom layouts. The project will provide four parking spaces at the back of the property accessed from the alley.
With City Council approval secured, the site will be rezoned from RT-4 to RM-5. The developer can now move forward with permitting and construction.
