A residential development is being proposed at 7728 N. Sheridan. Planned by 5035 Land Owner LLC, the development is situated at the southwest corner of N. Sheridan Rd and W. Juneway Terrace. The property was previously occupied by a single-family home but is now vacant.
Dubbed The Haven on Sheridan, the residential development designed by Michael Cox & Associates will stand six stories tall, reaching 68 feet in height. With 52 residential units on the interior, the project’s unit mix will include 5 studios, 26 one-beds, 19 two-beds, and 2 three-beds. The building’s ground floor will include a bike room with 40 bike parking spaces, while nine car parking spaces will be included on the property.
After recently presenting the project to the community, the project will need Alderwoman Hadden’s approval before heading to the Committee on Zoning and City Council to get approval for rezoning the property from RT-4 to B2-5.
