Residential development proposed at 2631 W. 15th

A zoning application has been filed for a proposed residential development at 2631 W. 15th. Planned by Hellas Management LLC, the project site is a vacant property located at the intersection of W. 15th St and S. Talman Ave.

Designed by Axios Architects & Consultants, the proposed three-story building would stand 38 feet in height clad in a brick facade. With six residential units inside, all of them will be three-bedroom layouts. The project will provide four parking spaces at the back of the property accessed from the alley.

To allow for the project to move forward, the developer is requesting a rezoning from RT-4 to RM-5. Approvals will be needed from the Committee on Zoning and City Council.
