Trammell Crow Company has signed a lease with COUR Pharmaceuticals at Evanston Labs in Evanston, Illinois. The company is relocating its headquarters, R&D lab, and pilot manufacturing plant to the recently delivered project. COUR Pharmaceuticals will occupy approximately 50,000 square feet across the eighth and ninth floors.

COUR Pharmaceuticals is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing therapies to treat patients with autoimmune diseases. COUR’s first-in-class therapies are based on its proprietary antigen-specific immune tolerance platform and are designed to reprogram the immune system to address the underlying root cause of immune-mediated diseases. Located at the southwest corner of Orrington Avenue and Clark Street in Evanston, Evanston Labs is a 10-story, 178,800-sq.-ft. Class A advanced sciences lab building that was delivered earlier this year. The building includes lab and office space with spectacular views of Lake Michigan and the surrounding neighborhood. Each floorplate is designed to accommodate both single and multi-tenant users. There is also a floor dedicated to lab-ready graduation suites, ranging from 5,000 to 13,000 sq. ft. Building amenities include a penthouse amenity center for tenants, outfitted with a boardroom, a bar and lounge, an outdoor terrace, and a health and wellness center.
