Full building permit issued for condos at 2414 N. Sawyer

A full building permit has been issued for a condominium development at 2414 N. Sawyer. Currently a vacant site, the subject property is located just north of W. Fullerton Ave along N. Sawyer Ave. P3 Properties is the developer behind the proposal. 

Designed by McGrath Architects, the three-story building will be home to nine new condominiums. On the ground floor two homes will be three-bedroom duplex downs into a partial lower floor. The back portion of the ground floor will have nine parking spaces. The remaining condominiums will include 6 three-bedroom simplexes and a four-bedroom home on the back half of the top floor. 

Rising 52 feet tall, the building’s massing includes setbacks on the top floor with the residential entry at the center of the street frontage. Every home will include balconies. A nine-car parking carriage and five exterior spaces will be included in the development.

With the full building permit, general contractor Simple Home Builders can work on the new construction all the way through completion.
