Full building permit issued for development at 6601 S. Evans

A full building permit has been issued for a residential development at 6601 S. Evans. Planned by Click Development LLC, the project site is currently a vacant lot at the southwest corner of S. Evans Ave and E. Marquette Rd.

Designed by Houts Architects, the development will be a three-story structure with a partial basement. The development will deliver seven new residential units with one accessible two-bedroom unit on the ground floor and six three-bedroom units in the rest of the building. 

In March, the Zoning Board of Appeals approved a variation to reduce the off-street parking requirement from six spaces down to five. 

With the full building permit issued, Click Development LLC, who is also serving as the general contractor, can begin the new construction and work through completion.
